Booking Study Rooms at the Law Library of UDC is imperative to ensure you have access for the time requested. Failure to do so may result in the room being reserved by another student and require you to vacate the space. There are two ways to book, the first is from the library's homepage and the second is from the booking site.
Booking from the Homepage
If you book using this method you can only book rooms in Building 52 from the homepage here.
Booking from the library's homepage is simple. There is a red button on the left side of the page with the text "Click Here to Book a Study Room". Clicking on the button will result in a pop-up page to book a room.
From here you will need to select the amount of space you need:
You will also need to select a date. You can select the current day up to two weeks in advance. From there you will be able to select the time you wish within the room you would like. The times are within a box for the room with the capacity at the top of the box. You can select up to two hours at a time. If you need more time in the room, rebook at the end of your booking.
Booking from the Site
You can book a "Campus Room" from our booking site here: https://udclaw.libcal.com/spaces?lid=19518.
This will be the site that pops up when you scan the QR code on study room doors.
You will be shown a page with a grid showing the rooms on the left side and times along the top. If the cell is green, then the booking is available. Red means the time and room are booked and yellow means that it is booked for you.
To book a room, select a green cell in the time and room you would like the booking to start. Then at the bottom of the page you can select the end time of the booking, you can select up to two hours, and then "Submit Times".
You will be redirected to a page that goes over the rules and terms of your booking, click "Continue" at the bottom of this page.
Then fill in your information on the next page and click "Submit my Booking" and your done!
