A Resource for Tracking U.S. Protest Law

by Yasmin Morais on 2021-04-28T15:12:55-04:00 | 0 Comments

The International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) has developed a U.S. Protest Law Tracker that lets you track state and federal restrictions on the right to peaceful assembly. The Center started tracking these initiatives since November 2016.

Users can filter by location, status, issues, date and type of legislation.

Hat tip to KnowitAALL for highlighting this resource.
