Once logged in to myUDC, on the left side of the screen you will see an icon menu. If you hover over this menu you will see the "QuickLaunch" tab which will take you to another page. Here you will see links to access Office365 email, Blackboard, IT Support, and a variety of other important functions.

Class Recordings

Access to class recordings is at the discretion of the Professor.  If students are granted access to recordings, the recordings can be found on course Content page within Blackboard.

Recording starts at the scheduled beginning of the class and stop a the scheduled end of the class. Recordings are available on Blackboard a few minutes after the scheduled end of the class. Students should be aware that class recording might be active in all classrooms throughout the day and that recordings are not edited before being released to Blackboard.

Generally, classes are only recorded at the request of faculty; however, in exceptional circumstances and at the direction of the Dean, all classes may be recorded.

To access available class recordings, follow these steps:

  • Log into https://my.udc.edu using your standard login credentials (email username and password).
  • Select the Blackboard link in the “QuickLaunch” box on the left.
  • Select the applicable course name listed under “My Courses.”
  • Select “Class Recordings” button on the left.
  • Click on either the course name link (for access to multiple class recordings) or the date link for an individual recording.”

Please contact Law IT at lawhelp@udc.edu with questions regarding recordings.

  • Short-Term Loans  – Short-term loans allow individuals to borrow a library laptop for 48 hours in instances when a laptop is needed temporarily (e.g. forgot to bring laptop to campus, forgot charger and laptop died, etc.)
  • Long-Term Loans  – A Long-term loans allow individuals to borrow a library laptop for 2 months while their laptop is being repaired and require pre-approval by the IT department. Borrowers must email lawithelp@udc.edu to get pre-approval for long-term loans prior to requesting a laptop at the circulation desk.
