Accessing Email and Applications

In order to access email and other Office 365 applications off campus, go to my.udc.edu. You will be brought to a UDC login page where you will input your UDC credentials.  

Once logged in to myUDC, on the left side of the screen you will see an icon menu. When you hover over the keyhole icon, you will see a link that says "QUICKLAUNCH". 

From QuickLaunch, you can click on Office365 which will take you into your Microsoft Office suite. Once here, go to the menu on the left of the screen and find Outlook.

OneDrive

Once you are logged into Office 365, navigate to the nine dots in the upper left-hand corner and click on them. This will take you to the Microsoft App Launcher. Select the One Drive link.

 

From here you can start managing your online file repository. The videos below give a good general overview of OneDrive basics.

Microsoft Teams
