Accessing Email and Applications

In order to access email and other Office 365 applications off campus, go to You will be brought to a UDC login page where you will input your UDC credentials.  

Once logged in to myUDC, on the left side of the screen you will see a menu titled LAUNCHPAD. You can click on either Office365 email to go straight to your email, or Office365 Dashboard to access all applications.

Share an Outlook Calendar

You can share an Outlook calendar with anyone in your organization.

1. Open Outlook and enter Calendar.
2. On the Home tab click Open Calendar and select From Address Book...

3. Browse for names or type them in the Search box.

4. Double click the name required and click OK.

5. The calendar has been added under the Shared Calendars heading.

Once you are logged into Office 365 and navigated to the Office 365 Dashboard, as instructed in the section above, click on the OneDrive icon.

From here you can start managing your online file repository. The videos below give a good general overview of OneDrive basics.
